In de tweede ronde wacht voor Gaubas een confrontatie met de Italiaan Marco Cecchinato (ATP 275), die de Franse qualifier Lilian Marousez (ATP 359) wipte.


Gadamauri werkte zich na winst in twee kwalificatierondes op de hoofdtabel. Hij nam als enige Belg deel in Portugal.
