1. Who we are

This app, Starcasino TV (the "App"), is published by Sportbeat TV ("we", "us", "our"), located at 8 Diamantstraat (HRT) Box 333, 2200 Herentals, Belgium. The App provides access to news content from Starcasino TV (Starcasinotv.be).

This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information. It applies to the Starcasino TV application on both Android (distributed through the Google Play Store) and iOS (distributed through the Apple App Store).

2. Data we collect

We do not collect any personal data through the App. In particular, the App:

• does not require you to create an account or sign in;

The App simply displays news content. Any preferences you set within the App are stored only on your own device and are never transmitted to us or anyone else. Removing the App from your device deletes these local settings.

The App uses only the access it needs to function:

• Internet / network access — required to download and display news articles from Starcasino TV.

The App does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or files on either Android or iOS.

4. Third-party services

The App itself does not embed third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. However, some data handling is outside our control:

• App stores (Google and Apple). When you download and use the App, Google (on Android) or Apple (on iOS) may collect data such as download and usage statistics in accordance with their own policies — the Google Privacy Policy and the Apple Privacy Policy. This is governed by Google and Apple, not by us.
• Content delivery (Amazon Web Services). To show you articles, the App connects to Starcasino TV, which is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and delivered through the Amazon CloudFront content delivery network. As with any normal web request, AWS may record standard technical server logs (such as your IP address, device type, and the time of the request) for security, reliability, and to deliver the content. This data is processed by AWS on our behalf as a hosting provider under the AWS Privacy Notice. We do not use these logs to identify you and do not combine them with any other information.

5. Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children. Because the App collects no personal data at all, no information about children is gathered.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, data protection laws such as the EU/EEA General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar laws give you rights over your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete it. Because we do not collect or hold any personal data about you, there is no personal data for us to provide, change, or erase.
